The device test framework from Rohde & Schwarz will be used to test NTN chipsets, modules and devices to validate compatibility with the test specification for the Skylo its software defined network. The aim is to optimize the network performance for reliable, ubiquitous narrowband connectivity for the Internet of Things (NB IoT).
R&Sis already working with Qualcomm on satellite IoT chipsets and with IMST inGermany on antenna systems.
