This document outlines the CDR format for Skylo Monthly CDR sent from Skylo Billing system to customer billing system.

Assumptions
- CDR records are related to Skylo core elements and Data Mobility Platform transactions only.
- Each row in CDR represents a transaction involving Satellite communication.
- Skylo will only share the CDR depicting the network transactions not the rated CDR at each event level.
- Skylo's Customer will get the monthly bill based on B2B plans configured for each customer in Skylo Billing system

Glossary
REGION
Geographic region of transaction
SKYPACKET_COUNT
Count of Billable packets (Skypackets) that is tracked based on transmitted data size - in increments of defined bytes.
DIRECTION
Direction of transaction with respect to device. Upstream signifies message transfer from device to Skylo application. Downstream signifies message transfer from Skylo application to device.
CONTENT_TYPE
Type of message
IMSI_NO
Unique identifier of a device
TIMESTAMP
Timestamp in UTC of the transaction. For upstream message, it is the timestamp at which Skylo application receives the packets from the device. For downstream message, it is the timestamp of delivery from Skylo Application to device.
CUSTOMER_ID
Unique identifier of a customer in Skylo Billing System to which a particular IMSI belongs
CDR_NO
A CRD is a formatted collection of information about a chargeable telecommunication event. CDR_NO is a unique record number for each transaction in the Skylo Billing System
