The MTC2-N9151 is an embedded cellular/satellite modem enabling machine-to-machine communications in any product design. The MTC2-N9151 incorporates a Nordic Semiconductor nRF9151 SIP, which provides a dedicated ARM Cortex-M33 application core MCU, a separate core for modem functions, and a GNSS receiver. The BG950A-SN is a compact satellite communication module supporting 3GPP Release 13/14 (LTE Cat M1, NB1/NB2, and NB-IoT NTN). Powered by an ARM Cortex-M4 MCU with integrated RAM and flash, it delivers ultra-low power consumption in PSM and e-I-DRX modes. The BG770S-GL is an ultra-compact, industrial-grade LPWA module compliant with 3GPP Release 14. Powered by the Altair ALT1350 processor with integrated RAM and flash, it delivers ultra-low power consumption across PSM and eDRX modes. It supports LTE Cat M1, NB-IoT (NB2), NTN, SRD communication, and selected 3GPP Release 17 NB-NTN upgrades, alongside an integrated GPS - GNSS engine.
